SWTRA is managed from its head office in Llandarcy, off M4 Junction 43. It is supported by regional operational offices at St Clears and Wilcrick. Network control is operated from the South Wales Traffic Management Centre, Cardiff.

The Agent Area in South Wales covers virtually all of the local authority administrative areas from the Severn Crossings to Pembrokeshire.

Everybody who works at the SWTRA, from those who design our road projects to those who patrol our roads, plays a vital role in helping the Welsh Ministers to deliver on their goals and ambitions for the strategic road network in South Wales.
